Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue. Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.

Vouchers are to be treated like cash – defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Weltevreden Domes Retreat does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.

The voucher must be presented on arrival.

The voucher number must be mentioned when making a booking. If the booking cost exceeds the value of the voucher, i.e. extra nights, activities, meals, etc, the bearer must make up the difference. The value of the voucher must be used within one booking. The value cannot be broken down into separate stays. Only one voucher may be used per booking.

After a booking has been made, any cancellations made up to and including 14 days prior to the booking date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the gift voucher. Cancellations made up to and including 7 days prior to the booking date will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the value of the gift voucher.

Each gift voucher will incur a processing fee, including postage via registered mail. Cost will be subject to the value of the voucher.
